Michael Lotti, L.S.P.
Michael Lotti serves as a project manager for energy and contaminated site projects. He has 25+ years of comprehensive experience in the technical, financial, and administrative management of site investigations, feasibility evaluations, design and construction. He is currently involved with overseeing the design and construction of multiple utility-scale solar projects for an investor-owned utility. Michael has managed projects that range in value and scope from $10,000 engineering designs to $30,000,000 construction projects. He works closely with his clients, teamed consultants, contractors, attorneys, the public, and regulators to ensure the timely and effective completion of the projects while maintaining his client's reputation, safety record, and budgetary goals.
Richard McCarthy
Richard McCarthy is an expert in the development and management of energy efficiency upgrades and constructing renewable energy projects. With over 30 years’ experience in the energy business, he has led a wide variety of cost-saving retrofit and construction projects. Richard is an expert in successfully completing energy projects in the industrial, commercial, health care, municipal, federal, and higher education fields. He routinely brings clients, utility companies, and vendors together to produce the most cost-effective and highest performance projects available. Richard brings energy efficiency, solar, wind, and demand response opportunities to his clients.
Glenn McGillicuddy
Glenn McGillicuddy has designed various stand-alone, stored energy and utility grid-tie photovoltaic (PV) generation systems from 1.4kW to 25MW. His work has covered all aspects of PV systems from site layout, design, component specification, permitting, construction, commissioning to operation and maintenance of systems. He has also completed engineering analysis and on-site evaluations of mechanical equipment at client facilities.
John Krawiec
John Krawiec is Industria Engineering’s Staff Electrician, licensed in Massachusetts, Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. His primary responsibilities include electrical construction quality control and quality assurance, operation and monitoring of solar arrays, witness testing assistance, commissioning of solar arrays, troubleshooting and repair of electrical components, power quality monitoring, and construction project management. He has completed OSHA construction safety training courses, the NABCEP entry level training course, and holds training certifications in Eaton & Solectria Inverter Operation.
Marjorie Pickard, EIT
Marjorie Pickard is a solar engineer with four years of experience in the construction industry with a large consulting firm. She has a background in low voltage communication networking, control systems, and security systems in addition to solar design. Her experience spans the design lifecycle from preliminary planning, creation of plans/specifications/cost estimates, construction support, and commissioning.
Brian Lotti
Brian Lotti serves as a Construction Supervisor and field Operation and Maintenance Technician. He is a Gulf War Veteran with more than 25 years of professional experience ranging from large scale transportation construction projects to managing the operation and maintenance of multiple remediation systems for major oil companies. He is currently in charge of field construction for ground mounted and car port construction sites. He also serves as an O&M technician for Industria’s portfolio of projects. Brian has numerous OSHA and safety training certifications and is experienced in the handling and management of hazardous waste.
Rob Lundberg
Rob Lundberg is a US Army Veteran having served two tours in Iraq. While deployed, he managed numerous reconstruction projects focused on restoring essential services throughout Baghdad and Al Anbar province. He worked as an IT consultant for many years, with experience ranging from desktop support to network administration and secure communications. Rob brings solid leadership along with management experience and expertise in planning and operations to the team.
Alyssa Bradford
Alyssa Bradford has been working with Industria Engineering since the summer of 2019. With a bachelor’s degree from University of Hartford, she has worked in several industries but continues to help support companies in the Finance, Operations and Office Management departments. Some of Alyssa’s responsibilities as Office Manager include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Operations & Maintenance Billing. She continues to enjoy working part time which allows her to spend additional time with her family.
